PolyJet (Objet)

Polyjet ObjetThis technology allows to create models in various plastic materials and rubbers of different hardness. 16-32μm layers allow a nearly absolute precision (±0,1mm) with a very high surface quality. [ details ]

Laser Sintering SLS

Laser Sintering SLSSLS allows the production of models with high performance materials such as AlluSinter (nylon filled with aluminium), CarbonSinter (nylon filled with carbon fibers), WhiteSinter (standard polyamide) and the rubber-like FlexSinter. [ details ]


FDMFDM Technology produces models already in the definitive chosen plastic material: the possibility to create very big size monolithic models using materials with exceptional mechanical property is a big plus in prototyping terms. [ details ]

Metal Sintering DMLS/SLM

Metal Sintering DMLS/SLMTechnology that allows to realize directly metal prototypes, ready to be tested or used as definitive parts. Available metals include Titanium (Ti64 grade 5), CobaltChrome (CrCoMP1), Aluminium (AlSi10Mg), StainlessSteel 17-4 and StainlessSteel AISI316L. [ details ]

Stereolithography SLA

Stereolithography SLAThis technology employs epoxy resins which allow the production of high detailed models. Perfectly transparent resins are available. A particularly interesting material that Genesis is proud to offer is the exclusive Nanotool: a resin filled with ceramics which can withstand temperatures close to 300°C. [ details ]

Vacuum Casting

Repliche SiliconicheAfter printing a master with SLA Stereolithography or with Polyjet technology, a silicon mould is obtained from it. Then using the mould is it possible to replicate many time the required part in various materials including elastomers and transparent resins. [ details ]
